The NEC Uzima Limited, a Subsidiary Company of the National Enterprise Corporation (NEC) is proud to have been part of the 2nd Namunkekera-Liao Shen Industrial Park Trade Show and Bazaar 2025. The Exhibition that ran for three days from 28th to 30th August 2025 took place at Kapeka.
Under the theme “Building on our shared success,” NEC Uzima Ltd showcased its packages of Uzima Natural Mineral Water including 500ml, 1.5 litres and 18.9 litre bottles.
Uzima Natural Mineral Water is abstracted from mineral rich aquifers and processed through advanced technology of multi-barrier filtration, ultraviolet (UV) treatment and ozonation to deliver quality and safe product to customers. The product is certified by the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) under the Natural Mineral Water Standards US EAS: 13 and authorised to use the ‘Q’ mark as a symbol of quality and safety of the product. The company supply stores are located at NEC Headquarters on Plot 2 Muwesi Rd, Bugolobi Kampala next to Uganda Batteries Limited (UBL) while the Production Plant is at Kakiri Barracks Wakiso District.
The exhibition attracted members of the general public, Local and Religious Leaders, Senior Government officials and leaders of Private Enterprises. The exhibition provided NEC Uzima Ltd with the opportunity to interact with potential customers and partners. This enabled the company to create product visibility through social and main stream media that covered the event as well as engagements with potential customers. The Chief Guest was Rt Hon Robinah Nabbanja who represented the President of the Republic of Uganda HE Gen YK Museveni.
